Attend a careers fair

In 2024, there will be two fairs: 

• Wednesday 2 October, 11am to 3pm 
• Friday 4 October, 11am to 3pm 

You can attend either fair, or both. You must commit to being at the whole fair on the day or days you book. 

We hope to welcome over 1000 students per day, from all subject areas and year groups.

Suitability

The fairs are suitable for organisations that are: 

• from any sector, offering graduate and internship opportunities  
• happy to engage with a wide variety of students  
• willing to have supportive, exploratory conversations with students. 

Pricing

• £300 plus VAT for exhibitors paying by credit card via the online shop
• £330 plus VAT for exhibitors paying by invoice  
• £475 plus VAT (attendance at both fairs)
• £60 plus VAT (charity rate)

What's included

• a space large enough for one or two pop-up banners 
• a small table and two chairs with a white tablecloth  
• tea, coffee and fruit juice  
• bottled water (though we encourage you to bring your own water bottles which you can refill with tap water)  
• brunch, though not lunch.  We will highlight local businesses where you can purchase your lunch if you don't bring your own to support local businesses and keep your exhibition costs down.
